Duties:

 

As an M&A Analyst Intern, you will contribute to the origination of new mandates; you may also be involved in the execution phase of ongoing transactions. You will contribute to :

• Participating in the drafting of presentation documents for sellers and intermediaries (in French)

• Participation in the drafting of memoranda for investors (in English)

• Preparation of analysis and summary documents on companies or sectors (trends, structure of the competition, etc.)

• Contacting company managers by telephone

• Researching information on target companies

• Creation and updating of databases

• Other implementation work (data room monitoring, etc.)

• Development of online and offline communication tools

Profile sought:

 

You are a student in a business or engineering school and have a solid economic and financial culture. You have a real interest in M&A issues and know how to "read" an income statement and a balance sheet. 

You have in particular : 

• A strong and mature ability to express yourself orally and to address a population of company managers 

• Curiosity and initiative

• Ability to analyse and summarise

• Rigour, sense of responsibility and commitment

• Perfect command of English, French and Office tools

Modalities :

 

You will work 100% remotely, with possible meetings and appointments in Paris.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, for a period of 2 to 6 months.
