You want to secure the future of your company, your know-how, your employees and your customers.
Economic criteria
The target company is a SME with a turnover of between €5m and €50m and an EBITDA of over €1m for several years.
Sector
criteria
The target company sells products or services in B2C or B2B2C, ideally through a dedicated distribution network.
Geographic Criteria
The target company is preferably located in French-speaking territory, either in France, Belgium or Switzerland.
